Who We Are

Tandem is a queer Black woman owned consulting group providing analysis, scaffolding, and partnership through the lens of decolonization and abolition to support you, your family, and/or your organization achieve your hopes and dreams to create and lead in ways that cultivate safety for our diversity of humanity, equity and inclusion for the sake of justice, transformation,  and belonging so that we can be truly decolonized, brilliant liberated and show up in ways that bring our full talents and whole selves and lead and parent in ways that encourage others to bring their whole selves too.

Tandem's integrated spiritual work, is rooted in the indigenous origins of Black folx.  And how those values live on in the Black diasporic mystical tradition, the mission is to tune into the medicine of the spirit for messages, direction, inspiration and wisdom that help you access your highest purpose and integrate it into your professional and personal journey.
